It's not as easy as you think to sell the warrants after holding a year...one needs an opinion letter from a lawyer, complete SEC paperwork, send stock to TA, wait for restriction to be removed, then deposit to your account.

Not worth the effort or cost of $250 for me and my warrants.

Never buy a stock affiliated with IR firm Big Apple or Transfer Agent Select American! All CEOs are guilty until proven innocent! Beware of stocks that have paid touts on board!
