Hays is very adept at TRACING ASSETS, OVERSEAS BANKING TRANSFERS, and finding evidence for criminal fraud cases from the ashes of the scam companies.

He is the perfect guy to dissect the Spongetech scam and produce evidence needed for ASSET FORFEITURES and MONEY LAUNDERING convictions of many parties beyond simply Mosky (who's already in the bag) and Mett (who has at least one foot in the bag already).
