since the skeptics are being proven right more and more every day, I would think the lawsuit would be considered a liability, since it is not a winable situation.. at least it sure looks like they were right all along.

The rallying cliches uttered by disciples of a stock scam are obsequious, obliquitous, and ubiquitous
