The agreement grants 800 square feet of additional office space to the property under the lease entered into on December 3, 2007. The term of the revised lease stays the same as the original term that began on February 1, 2008 and expires on January 30, 2011. Under the revised lease starting in February 1, 2009, we will pay $5,250 in monthly rent and 45 percent of the electric bill for the floor per month."
