I don't expect the Lovenox hearing on Aug 17 to move the share price much, if at all.



I don't know... I think it will at least bring the PPS back to $25+ as that uncertainity is cleared.. the term "law suit" tends to scare retail off and give a green light to shorts no matter how ridiculous the suit may be.
