LT Lovenox contracts with discount

I've recently read that Sanofi has signed a group of GPO's into long term sole source lovenox contracts. [jbog]

Would that be on the CafePharma board?

Wouldn't that make a lot of sense? Screw the effort required (and the inevitable race to the bottom) to provide a AG across the board while locking in an acceptable margin (and locking out Sandoz - at least for a while). If I was the buyer, though, I'd insist on some sort of mandatory periodic price-review-and-adjustment if the contract was for the longish term.
