All great questions. Initial purchase includes installation. Does not include if you need to pull wires, networking cables etc. There is a cost for on site tech travel and accomodations during the install. Replacement in the warranty stage but the service contracts do not cover equipment replacement. Manufacturer warrantys are usually only 1 year. They will express ship out or send a tech out with new equipment in the warranty stage.

On the downside to FIRMS is when you have no internet connection. Your router is out and cannot get online to make your transactions or order. I see that as a potential disaster.
