It is(was) conditioned, and in the context, on the premise of Winning Colours (and few of WNBD products) becoming a household name.

So would Winning Colours (or some of WNBD products) becoming a household name in USA result in a PPS higher then .02? (very likely imo)...that is the mission.....

However, that still (being a household name at least in USA) is not the case today...
