The first thing that needs to be recognized is that traditionally restaurants will remodel and or expand their location once about every 4 to 5 years. In Vegas the average is closer to 3 to 4 years. I can see an owner UPGRADING to the Lecere package to avoid the cost of re-wiring his old POS in favor of wireless technology along with the added benefits of the FIRMS software. I have sat in design meeting watching owners and designers struggle with locating the outdated POS counters. They take up much desired seating area, they are unattractive and they are expensive.

There is so much more to this than the average person can appreciate.

Dr. Morris, if you are reading this may I recommend you attend the Hospitality and Decorating Convention here in Vegas next April. Lecere will be a huge hit with all the Architects, Designers, Owners and owners reps.
