Does efln report quarterly numbers?

Nope. They are a non-reporting company and are listed as such over at the Pinks. They have only filed a few forms with the SEC a couple of times over the years; only twice in the past 4 years.

This is why this company is purely speculative. Nobody has a clue if they are even profitable at all. They do sell a lot of stock each year though, and with the occasional R/S, they stay solvent. Their track record has that stock losing about 95% of it's value each time after the R/S.

IMO, this is only a stock you try and get in and ride one of those PR pops that happen a few of times each year; a PR that has some substance. You can make a nice chunk flipping it on 30%-100% moves if you're good with charts and timing, but those in here that are looking for those 500% or more, MOASS, "To The Moon" returns, are more than like going to see their account reflect that -95% post R/S return waiting for that moon shot since this is a steady, regular diluter. Not that it can't happen...but waiting for one of those rare boomers while your trading account depreciates is not smart trading.

My charts are telling me to still wait. We made another new all time low again today at .0005. That bothers me. Then you had the A/S increased by 300 million just a month ago. I've only seen 3 or 4 days since then where we most likely had dilution occurring, but there's still millions of shares available to dilute with, maybe a couple hundred million since those diluting days were only in the 25-40 million share range. I'm not convinced the dilution is over. IMO, they could hammer this thing down below .0003...easily. I need to see a bottom forming that then moves sideways then up. Then I'll be buying, because then Smitter's main mantra, that the A/S and O/S is relatively small for a pink, still has some relevance for this stock as momentum then comes into play on this thing.
