I guess it was not just moving the solution, but the cost of building or renovation of a space with the POS hardwired as a new restaurant was being created. A breakdown from csb about what he included in that $100K figure could be helpful.

Side by side cost of ownership will say it all and resolve all of these discussions (for the better I hope) - I believe LCRE has to do this anyways in order to sell this solution.



Yes, that will be the convincing data from the company, but they may not be ready yet to reveal the hard numbers, as they are still developing and testing the system in their pilot locations. That is where informal input from the test locations about their experience and cost estimates can be helpful at this stage.

All of us "LCRE longs" here who are hopeful that this will be a good investment down the road, if we get in at this rock-bottom sub-penny level, recognize that it remains a speculative gamble until more firm numbers and concrete business plans can be produced. It is risky, without a doubt! But the potential payoff is large if Lecere succeeds.
