There are only two groups of people who will miss Clinton: Those who profited because of him (and who are not in jail or dead), and the news media. Juicy scandals in the White House are not going to be daily happenings. Anything that GW does in the next 8 years will be compared to Clinton's reign by the media, and will be found boring, but will be legal and ethical.
