I can honestly say that I see what you are talking about, but I look at it differently. the volume is falling off, but that means a lot of the selling pressure is gone too. this could go one of two ways when the trades start rolling in after lunch. We could see a drop back to or though resistance at 12, or we could push up to a new high at .18 or .19.

I do understand what you say about over optimism on the board, but at the same time, I think the long term PPS is GOLD here.
