Well, if you want to be welcome in a place, I suggest you watch your first impression. Showing up in here calling the plays unorganized and asking if everyone is just doing there own thing is not the best way to endear yourself. Do you show up to your friend's house and say "So... are you too busy to clean or just lazy?"
