I think August 22nd and 9/11 this year when I donned the bear suit, right now I am neutral and 35% cash is not bad at all. If you look at the core issues, some of these are even up, and the pain is not too bad (except SKX which once more got hit hard today, a real bargain at $7.50, now even a better bargain at $7.).
