dfrai, it is one thing to declare bioequivalency, and another to acutally use the product in humans.
My point is that sales will prove the product is safe, without that some doubt can be generated. That is why the injunction would have been important. I already assume it is once it got approved.
Maybe I am not expressing myself correctly, I am on the side of the bulls here.
