The CAPN made a brief comeback, posted some nonsense re the arbitration case, and has not peeked oot since. Doing a Groundhog thing I spoze. Had it mixed up like a consumer case over a stove or a dishwasher or like that.

Only CLOZER has vowed to reload up on CEXI as soon as it hits two cents. One may safely discount what he vows, though.
