Once again, what I was told by Kahmi was unofficial and to date, unsubstantiated. I don't even know who Kahmi is and what relationship he had/has to UTRM.

I am waiting for UTRM to provide a formal press release regarding the status of the relationship between Lohan and the company.

Do you understand the word "formal"?

Why hasn't UTRM provided a Lohan related update to the public and all of their shareholders?
