It was listed as one of the otcbb.com biggest losers today.

I checked out the average volume and it was 3000Shares/day. Todays volume was 20 times the normal.

The FDIC publishes the failed bank list as they come
The latest one listed was HVYB.

I was thinking there would be a dead cat bounce but it doesn't look like it. I put in a stink bid hoping for a panic sell off.

I was caught in the VNBC seizure and it wasn't pretty.
