I think many IWEB "investors" as many like to call themselves, have done their DD and see recent dilution and a company that has no sustainable revenue, hence, likely more dilution to pay the bills. The company has an enormous Authorized share structure and that scares the hell out of most folks. Until the company generate proven revenue, the PPS will continue to pay for the dilution and lack of communication.....how is that DD for you?
