Sandoz’s sales reps are out there doing their job, but they won’t have to work that hard because the generic they are selling is fully substitutable for branded Lovenox. I.e., a patient who is prescribed Lovenox can be given the NVS/MNTA product by an outpatient or hospital pharmacy without having to obtain permission from the prescribing MD.
