Taking some off the table and using it to increase your capital is not out of line.

No one know when this is going to settle. As long as you still hold your core position then by all means sell off the rest and dabble in the market to your hearts content.

My own position is to hold to the end with all of my shares in U's P's & K's.

If todays slow buying is any indication of what the market believes what is happening then there are no leaks as this would either be rising fast or falling even more if there is a potential that the U's will be left out of the settlement.
