I like your approach. $1200/month/restaurant seems farfetched. The system is supposed to save money for the client, not drive them out of business. The only clients that may get close to $1,000/month are the chains that does a lot of tickets per day, not the single restaurants. All the same, sounds good. However, like one poster said, volume is what would drive revenue,like any business.
