Yes , i should have accounted for cost of sales. However taxes etc do not matter as split is after cost of sales is deducted and each co will be responsible for their own taxes . at least for 1-2 years i think we have some nice carryover losses to offset etc.

1.2 billion *.70 = 840 million

worst case at 10% is 84 million
hybrid 20% would be 170 million

the copaxone markman hearing results could be a bombshell and M118 partnership another , making this a trifecta before year end.

We splurged on july 4th and will go all out for new year if trifecta comes thru.
