JR, Didnt someone see some bond sales out of Ireland or somethig to that effect last week? Not sure of the connection but do remember someone bringing it up as a possible connection with QASP. Perhaps this is where the funding is coming now. Just speculating here. Do you know any more details on this. TIA, LJ
