acc has been religiously posting filings of companies Dean owns.

If we are to take Dean at his word, which I do, he just stated in the CC that the only way the A/S would increase would be for funding and the only time we would R/S would be to uplist.

$8M of his own money plus his companies, to be paid for at a future date, is a lot of skin to have in this game.

Dean obviously believes in what he is doing.

And so do I.
