The ingredients of liquid products can be blended with each other to make the final product.

JBII is talking about blending but hasn't disclosed what liquid is to be blended with their "near diesel," "fuel," or gasoline/diesel mixture or what that final blended product will be sold as.

Maybe he does hope to blend it with something and then sell it as if it were crude oil. Again, there are no details on what that "commercial production" is supposed to entail.
