Shouldn't patent information be public information? How else would some other company know if they're infringing on AFPW's technology? I know their "secret sauce" is proprietary, but shouldn't they at least have a record with the USPTO that shows they own rights to some kind of hydrogen generating technology?

I remember one of the mods saying they'd be able to get patent numbers, but never heard back after that.
