Rocky, if you have time for a slightly related question..

Do you think there is any credibility to the idea that there is a concerted effort to bring down the PPS?

In my opinion, I believe ACT has done more than its fair share to bring the PPS down. I would be more interested in hearing your thoughts regarding 3rd party efforts.

This would also be regarding the recent Buyins.com report that seemed to indicate a large number of (naked) shorting over a long period of time.

EDIT: If someone were to ask me this question, I'm not sure what I would say. I am not normally one for conspiracy theories.
