"Make" - You've only been here about a WEEK and in that very short length of time you have been totally FOR buying PCIO and now you are totally AGAINST buying PCIO. You are either VERY confused or you simply don't have a clue about what is going on with PCIO (which is what I believe). However - either way - you obviously should NOT be investing in PCIO.
