Some are trying to dishonestly portray this as a delisting.

You finally admited it -- JBII is quoted on the pinksheets. Yes. It always has been. Along with 3,050 other full blown OTCBB stocks. Nothing has changed. The notion of JBII is "going to" the pinksheets implying it wasn't always quoted there in the first place or that it's being delisted is a bunch of dishonest horseshit.
