I did ask those questions. When I told him about Frank going to 400mil after disposing of 200 mil, he didn't recognize that and instead said that both he and Frank acquired shares. I asked him again to make sure, and he insisted that they both acquired, so I'm assuming it's a typo? He also said they both acquired 100mil I believe, but I think everyone sees 200mil instead. I didn't want to push him because he seemed sure about what he was saying, so I left it there.

I didn't ask about certification, but I assume that will be done with some of the funds from the first tranche, between now and when production is supposed to begin in early August.
