John, the BKX is a really weird index, IMHO. The TA says this thing is dying, the funny-mentals say this thing is dying, but the thing just won't die. Why? Well, I think it has to do with the government propping things up for a wide variety of (mostly) well-intentioned reasons. But, eventually, this pig will also be slaughtered, but I won't place any bets on when.
