Medicore rules socialism. I have many views, but in business, to be the best, to run to be the best.. invites innovation.. it would be nice if we all had access to decent medical care.. we all had a decent place to live etc blah blah... BUT business requires aggressive management, competitive spirit. I hope Intel still has their competitive spirit.

When I first moved to Austin, we met people from all companies and the most aggressive competitive guys were the AMDsters, they were the youngest.. they used to have meetings about how to screw Intel :) of course when I worked at IBM we had meetings on how to screw DEC ha ha! so there you go.
