Did you see this? I guess this explains why no Lumb since 2005. This clearly shows they are watching him now. So does Lumb dare screw shareholders again?

Bully boy and self-proclaimed billionaire Stephen Lumb has been banned from acting as a company director for the next three years after his conviction for Companies Act offences. In 2005 I reported that after he took control of mining company Hanover Capital Group, Lumb failed to produce accounts or shareholder records and the shares were delisted from the Aim market. A year later, Financial Mail exposed Lumb's bullying behaviour when one of his 7,000 shareholders tried to find what had happened to his money. Lumb told him: 'You little people fail to realise that people such as myself do not care about you or your lives.'
And he warned: 'I consider you a target and therefore expendable.' Lumb is banned from boardrooms until July 2010. "
