the way I see this is .. if there is any re-organization plan approved, the company can still face the judgments awarded the SEC by the courts for any civil fraud judgments. The chapter 11 filing itself will eliminate any claims or judgments against the company by creditors except for fraud.

This will only apply to the company not the the crooks
