You hit the nail right straight on the head. With the current status of the company, this CC screamed for cold hard facts. Call it meat, substance, or cold hard facts, we need it and I honestly don't think Dean has it to give.

We have been reading cryptic messages from people for the last 9 months about DD that confirmed things were right around the corner. Well, that is one heck of a corner you guys have there. I think even the most casual observer can see that all the talk of exhaustive DD and alledged insider info means absolutely squat when it comes to this stock.

Dean has consistently missed deadlines and offers no explanation at a time when he could have easily put everyone's fears to rest. Why did he not provide meat? Because I don't think he has any to give. I hope I am wrong about that because I have a lot of friends in this stock and I would hate to see them lose their money.
