MATT will be a hero...minimal sentence, wee fine, not enought to get all his nice gains...if he were to spend some time in the jail showers...LOL... he wouldnt set a good example for those that have stashed 10's of millions of other corporate America dream business system's way of free money...steal from others, and dont go to jail...

they would have no incentive to plead guilty, and ease the cost of the other part of a great law system America has...sue everyone for anything...
