I think that PSNH will have to pay more for Laidlaw's electricity. PSNH is mandated to buy this renewable energy somewhere and Laidlaw is in a position of strength. IMHO, the markup will be less than 20% which alters the math in our favor as shareholders.

I think this would bring total yearly revenue up to the 100 million dollar range!
