I think that is good advise Lockshed. I have a little different philosophy than most. Live conservatively, make more by spending less, don't spend more than you have, and stay out of debt.

Pink sheets are new to me because it does not fit my philosophy until Nanologix, they seem different to me. Very few pink sheets make it to the NASDAQ or Dow - maybe like 4-10 a year at most. Yet, many companies get delisted, bankrupt or disappear on the pink sheets. (NNLX will not be one of these)

What do you think about the outstanding shares of Nanologix? - about 100,000,000 now is my guess-is that correct? Is that too many or just about right considering their assets and potential. I believe their product has great value and their leadership has great value what about the actual outstanding shares? I found this info on their website so it is public knowledge.

Does anybody know why the comany headquarters are listed in PA on the SEC website comany directory and Ohio everywhere else. Maybe the SEC needs to update their directory. http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar last filing was 2007.
