Some slam Eric for his "long winded" replies, but would you rather have a reply thats ALWAYS less than 5 words like Spongetechs CEO?! Heck most of his replies were ONE word. A simple "yes" or "no".. Even when it required more than a simple yes/no to be understood.

IMO its not fair to claim he writes too much one second, then the next claim that he is keeping you in the dark. He tries his hardest and goes above and beyond what you normally see with penny CEO's

I'd say the majority of the concerns/questions asked on this board have been answered by Eric at one time or another, but some just cant comprehend and need to ask it 3 more times... and he always helps.
