Well if somebody wanted to fund 200m and wanted 50m in shares now plus a reasonable amount of interest I would do the same thing.

We do not know how many irons he has in the fire and which one makes the most sense for the company.

All i can say is NEVER count dean out he has options imo.

I saw the cc as very well played given what i think i know. Not willing to share what I think i know on the board anymore it just ends up being stressful for me when all the bears write me pm's telling me to shut up.

In general i think we are in very good shape here.
