well, if a non paying subscriber has used up his 18 posts prior to Happy Hour & Happy Hour permits all members (save & except suspended or terminated members) to have all the privileges of a paying subscriber, then I would suggest to you that anyone including those that have used up their 18 posts could post during those two hours.
