How are you using the terms "undecided" and "rejected"?

With respect to the table of probabilities in #msg-52460245, undecided means any outcome where the ANDA is still open—i.e. where the FDA has not issued either an approval or a non-approvable letter. Rejection means either a non-approvable letter or an FDA approval without substitutability for branded Lovenox.
