Sooo many statement are wrong with your post it's hard to know where to begin
I was talking about biotech cheap/rich as a group based on comparisions to market cap/net tangible i.e. when things get crazy cheap hundreds will trade under net cash like in 2003 and 2008/2009.
It's been VERY easy for companies to raise cash from July 2009 - April 2010 - look at all the times crap companies like CTIC HEB etc did relatively large offerings. If crap can raise cash - it's not that difficult - look at all of the deals that Rodman was doing from late summer 2009 until just a few months back - shocking.
You sound like an investor who didn't get out recently while the getting was good, and I'm sorry for that. But maybe you should figure out what the aggregate "pipeline value" is for the 300 or 400 small cap bios we track and let us know when they are "rich" or "cheap" comparatively.
