I'd like to think that my opinion is ahead of practicing physicians, especially those in Europe.

If you look at trends, Kaletra has fallen off the cliff. If you look at share within the dynamic portion of the market (initiations and switches) Kaletra is getting destroyed by Prezista and Isentress. It's only a matter of time.
