EWS! Delivery Technology Solutions UDS Unit Signs Subway(R) Multiplex Venue Catering Agreement

Company's Delivery Solution Serves Large National Organizations

BOCA RATON, FL, Jun 14, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Delivery Technology Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DTSL), the leader in delivery management technology, has announced an agreement reached between its UDS subsidiary and Doctor's Associates, Inc. (DAI) to provide national corporate and group catering events at multiplex venues served by participating SUBWAY(R) Restaurants.

Ryan F. Coblin, Delivery Technology Solutions CEO, said in the announcement, "This agreement marks a new stage in the national growth of our delivery solutions, but it's just the beginning." Mr. Coblin continued, "Now, our partnership with DAI provides the capabilities to serve thousands of people in multiple cities and states, simultaneously, as we already have for some very high profile clients, and to serve up another technology solution for event planners."

Over the past several months, during the pilot program, UDS provided the technology to coordinate successful luncheon meetings held at various participating multiplex venues for clients that have included Fortune 50 corporations.

"Just recently we served 5,360 lunches at the same time at events in twenty-nine cities," Mr. Coblin said. "So, anywhere there are participating multiplex venues, SUBWAY(R) can serve a great fresh lunch to attendees who have come to have a meeting, and view a live presentation."

DAI, the parent of SUBWAY(R) Restaurants, has worked with UDS to identify their franchisees nationwide that are positioned closest to participating multiplex venues to provide the sandwiches, platters, lunch boxes, beverages and sides for each event. UDS uses its proprietary technology to communicate orders with franchisees, and is developing proprietary software for event planners to coordinate large-scale events from their desktops.

The overall cost of staging large events, in the current economic environment, has created an opportunity for UDS and SUBWAY(R) to satisfy the needs of organizations, while reducing the expense and complexity of gathering large numbers of people and catering to their food needs.
