Big investors cannot play penny stocks through their banks or brokers. In fact, penny stocks are frowned upon until a dollar is seen. I feel that big investors will enable LBSR to the dollar range as soon as we see 1.5 billion dollars on the table. For now, we need at least 100 million for a one-year drilling plan. 75 holes can be drilled for that amount and can be accomplished in one year. Look to one more year for dollars, IMO
