Re China "holds 95 pc of the global market".

I keep hearing that and saw the news release on this a couple of weeks or so ago. Where are the stats on this, in other words where did they get this statistic? I am not holding on that 95% because I sense there are other REE potential out there-ie Canada, Australia, S. America or even Alaska. JMO.
