Management is honest and very investor friendly. The properties seems very solid and have great potential. The share structure is reasonable . Financing of 5 million in place. A first rate Law Firm representing and advising KATX Drilling on handcamp underway. Rusty Ridge being ready for drilling.
Option agreement with Vale on our Lucky property in place.
I see a lot of positives in play.
There are always risks, but the risk reward ratio seems very favorable. One can not win without taking risk!
